Unwrap the gift of true happiness

We welcome you home to join our very first 9-day alumni meditation retreat, guided by Buddhist monks with decades of experience embodying the wisdom they teach. Surrounded by the beautiful Pai mountains, we teach a simple, accessible approach to meditation that allows you to access the inner happiness that has always been within you.

The 9-day meditation retreat program is available only to participants who have participated in a Pai Meditation Retreat before.

The retreat is intended to facilitate an journey inwards to the remembrance of your wholeness. We believe that the best way to calm the mind and access the heart is through a gentle, loving approach. In just seven days, experience profound transformation—simply from the act of doing nothing. When we stop focusing on doing, we remember what it’s like to be.

Regardless of which time of year you plan to visit, the retreat grounds holds a seasonal beauty that is ready to welcome you home.
